Dental Insurance

Group Dental, like Group Health Insurance, requires that you have a minimum of two employees to form the group. Dental Insurance is the second most requested benefit behind health insurance. As a result, current plan designs have made allowances for a higher level of benefits that are requested by employer groups. Those benefit increases range from higher annual maximums to Adult Orthodontia. For a more detailed benefit description please contact us.

Long Term & Short Term Disability

Disability Insurance insures that your paycheck will continue if you're unable to work as a result of an injury or accident. Typically, short-term will cover you for the first 3 months of an accident or illness, while long-term disability can cover to age 65.

Vision Plans

A recent study found that nearly 40% of the workforce wore contacts or glasses. The plans that are available today are affordable and comprehensive in their design. The exams and lenses typically include an office co-payment.

Group Life

One of the biggest concerns surrounding Life Insurance is if a person will qualify for the coverage. By implementing a Group Life Policy the underwriting is simplified, allowing your employees the opportunity to insure themselves and their families as well.

Cafeteria Plan

The Cafeteria Plan is a popular group of products that the employees can choose from and are paid for by the employee. The employees can also pre-tax their premiums when participating in a cafeteria plan.

An expanded feature of the cafeteria plan is the flexible spending account. The account works in two major areas. The Medical Cost Reimbursement Account, which allows an employee to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for their personal medical expenses, and Childcare Reimbursement which reimburses the employee for childcare cost up to $5000 per year.

The following is a short list of some of the additional plans that the employee can purchase: Cancer, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity.

Pension Plans (401K, Simple Plans)

Competition for qualified employees has become a major concern for companies, large and small. Benefit programs may mean the difference between hiring or keeping a good employee and losing them to the competition.

The 401K Plan has become very popular for corporate retirement benefits, but it is not for every company. There are several other options that can be explored for the small business, such as the Simple IRA. Simple IRAs have the general appearance of the 401K without the high administrative costs.

Call or email us for a free consultation on this important area. We have access to great prototype plans. We also offer a wide range of funding alternatives.
